Download an authenticator app on your phone, and use it to the scan the QR code.
For Example, download Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, and click on the QR code on the bottom right of the app. Scan the QR code on your screen. On your app, you will see a 6 digit code. Enter the 6 digit code on your screen.
